FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber mixtures used in the manufacture of rubber articles for various functional purposes, operating in hydrocarbon media, including for production of sealing rings, cups, glands. Disclosed is a rubber mixture based on butadiene-nitrile rubber, stearic acid, zinc oxide, which additionally contains technical carbon grade N550, acetonanil, indene-coumarone resin, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, diphenylguanidine, sulfur, with the following ratio of ingredients (pts. wt): butadiene-nitrile rubber—100.0; stearic acid—2.0; technical carbon—60.0–100.0; zinc oxide—4.0; sulfur—1.0; acetonanil—1.0; indene-coumarone resin—1.0; 2-mercaptobenzothiazole—2.0; diphenylguanidine—0.3.
EFFECT: improved elastic-strength characteristics of the rubber mixture, which increases service life of rubber articles based on it, including during operation in hydrocarbon media.
