FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction in the field of engineering protection of territory from hazardous geological processes (landslides, landfalls, etc.) and hydraulic construction of structures using metal sheet piling and anchor systems using distribution beams fixed on sheet piling walls. Distribution belt of sheet pile wall includes beams from two steel rolled sections fixed on piles of wall on its external or internal side, and connecting elements, by means of bolt connections, uniting beams into single belt. Spacer elements are arranged between rolled sections to make gaps of B to accommodate bolted joints and anchor tie rods taking into account their skew in vertical plane. Beams are made of two steel bent or cold-rolled channels with height Hb, and connecting elements are made of steel bent or cold-rolled channels with height Hc=Hb–2*S, where S is thickness of beam channel flange. Bending radii in channel corners correspond to ratio Roc≥Rib, where Roc is the outer radius of the channel of the connecting element, Rib is the inner radius of the channel of the beam. Channels of connecting elements are arranged in internal cavities of channels of connected beams with provision of tight fit of external surfaces of connecting elements to corresponding internal surfaces of beams. Belt connecting elements are made with length L equal to 2–4 of beam height Hb. Each connecting element of the belt is fixed in the beam by at least two bolted joints. Distribution belt beam spacing elements are made of channel with height Hb and length equal to width of gaps between profiles of beams B. Connecting element profile is formed by two identical bent or cold-rolled angular profiles, one of the flanges of which has the same width, and the second flange is made with a monotonously varying width along the length and connected to each other along an oblique line inside the cavity of the beam channel by means of welding and together forming a channel with height Hc. Method of installation of distribution belt includes fabrication of metal structure of beams of belt with height Hb from bent or cold-rolled channel, fabrication of connecting elements of the belt, including separation of channels with height Hb, thickness of flanges S and length L and cutting width (1.8–2.2)*S on identical angular profiles, connection of the angular profiles to each other by the method of their longitudinal shift along the oblique line inside the cavity of the beam profiles to ensure the height of the connecting elements Hb–2*S and the tight contact between the external surfaces of the angular profiles and the internal surfaces of the beam profiles, connection of angular profiles to each other by welded seams, joint drilling of holes for bolted joints in beams and connecting elements and connection of beams to each other by connecting elements and bolted joints into a single distribution belt, installation of spacer elements between rolled profiles of beams with formation of gaps of size B for arrangement of bolted joints and anchor tie rods taking into account their skew in vertical plane.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of labour intensity of distribution belts manufacturing at simultaneous increase of their reliability, as well as reduction of labour intensity of their installation and sheet piling walls.
