FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction in the field of engineering protection of the territory from hazardous geological processes (landslides, landfalls, etc.) and hydrotechnical construction of structures using a metal tongue and anchor systems using distribution beams fixed on tongue-and-groove walls. Anchor system includes anchor rods installed in distribution belts or piles of front and anchor tongue-and-groove walls installed opposite to each other, note here that said bodies of anchor rods are resting on the bed in the gap between the tongue-and-groove walls. According to the invention, the bed is made in form of 1–3 threads of the support system consisting of separate or interconnected steel beams, located across the anchor rods on the pile field of linearly arranged steel tubular piles, submerged into the ground to a depth below the freezing level, and between the support system beams upper surface and the anchor rods adjusting shims are installed, note here that space between tongue-and-groove walls above the level of the support system and anchor rods is filled with soil. Support system beams are made of hot-rolled, or cold-rolled, or welded steel profiles with intermediate elements welded to them on one side, welded on the other side to the steel tubular piles plugs. Method of mounting anchor rod system includes preliminary backfilling with soil and layout of the site between the tongue-and-groove walls below the level of the top of the piles, pile field pile location grid marking, piles immersion into soil, level measurement and cutting of upper part of piles to design level, welding of plugs to upper part of tubular piles, installation of beams of threads of support system of anchor rods on plugs of tubular piles, installation of anchor rods with units of their attachment in distribution belts or piles, check of straightness and level of anchor rods along their length, installation of adjusting gaskets between anchor rods and upper part of support system beams, tension of anchor rods with selection of gaps between their elements and backfilling of bed with anchor rods located on it.

EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability and reduced metal consumption of anchor systems.
