FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of retaining walls from a welded tubular tongue and their reinforcement with the help of anchor devices and can be used to reinforce retaining walls for various purposes in hydraulic engineering, in industrial and civil construction, as well as for poles of power transmission lines, bridges, etc. Objective of the invention is to increase the reliability and load capacity of the erected hydraulic structures, to reduce their metal consumption, to simplify the design, to reduce the labour intensity of manufacturing, to increase the quality and accuracy of installation. Fulfillment of the specified task is achieved by the fact that the hydraulic structure contains two tongue-and-groove walls installed opposite each other and consisting of piles made of metal pipes, partially or completely submerged into the ground and connected to each other by horizontal anchor bars, including cylindrical rods with thread on their ends, connecting couplings and tension couplings for connecting rods to each other and attachment points of anchor bars with tongue-and-groove walls, made in the form of piles and poured with concrete support plates and nuts installed at the ends of rods, as well as protective cases installed on both sides of support plates, at that, attachment points of anchor bars in tongue-and-groove walls are equipped with adjusting screws installed on side surfaces of support plates, and in the walls of the interconnected piles, on the inner side of the tongue-and-groove walls, there are holes corresponding to the outer diameters of the cases on the open side and located on axes O1-O2, connecting centres of piles to each other, wherein annular collars are made on outer surfaces of cases, while ring-bolts are installed on upper surfaces of support plates, while holes closed with plugs are made in upper walls of cases. Method of hydraulic structure erection includes immersion of piles of tongue-and-groove walls into soil, cutting holes in walls of piles for placement of cases of attachment points of anchor bars, their connection with body of piles by means of welding, connection of anchor bars to each other and with anchor bars attachment points in tongue-and-groove walls by means of connecting and tension couplings, pre-tensioning of anchor bars with tension couplings before selection of gaps in connections of anchor bars, filling of piles of tongue-and-groove walls with attachment points of anchor bars with concrete, wherein the position of the centres of the holes in the piles for the anchor bars attachment points along the vertical is determined taking into account the difference in levels ΔH1-2 of upper parts of interconnected piles, and the position of the centres of the holes in the horizontal line is determined taking into account the actual position of the centres O1-O2 of the interconnected piles, taking into account their displacement ΔT1-2 during installation.
EFFECT: higher reliability and load capacity of erected hydraulic structures, reduced metal consumption, simplified design, reduced labour input, higher quality and accuracy of erection.
