FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to construction and repair of oil and gas wells, to device intended for check of tightness of wellhead part of casing together with blowout preventer and other equipment of wellhead without loading of casing pipes. Pressure test packer includes hollow housing with upper and lower threads for connection with equipment lowered into the well. Upper and lower subs are coaxially and tightly connected to each other by thread. Outside the upper sub there is a sealing assembly consisting of a self-sealing collar and a lower stop interacting after assembly from below with the end face of the lower sub. Upper sub is equipped with an external annular projection from the outside from above. Above the self-sealing collar there is an upper stop made with possibility of pressing to the upper sub from outside the internal protruding part of the self-sealing collar and interaction with the lower end of the annular projection. Lower stop is equipped from above with an annular cup covering the self-sealing collar from below for pressing to the upper sub. Damping gasket is installed between the end face of the lower sub and the lower stop. At least two annular grooves interacting with self-sealing collar are made on outer surface of upper sub and inner surface of the cup.

EFFECT: pressure test packer has a simple and reliable design, at the same time it allows excluding liquid breakthrough between the housing and the self-sealing collar.
