FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing biodiesel fuel, which includes preparation of raw materials, heating and obtaining fuel when mixing raw materials with alcohol with the addition of a catalyst, separation into biodiesel fuel and glycerine; vegetable raw material of oil crops is used as raw material. Method is characterized by that raw material used is a mixture of vegetable and preliminary purified vegetable oils in ratio of 2.5:1 to 3:1, which are fed simultaneously in two streams into a first re-esterification reactor, mixing alcohol with an alkaline catalyst, fed into a batcher, where it is divided into two parts, 80% of the mixture is fed into the upper part of the first re-esterification reactor, and 20% of the mixture is fed into the upper part of the second re-esterification reactor, the reaction in the reactors takes place at temperature of 40 to 45 °C in period from 50 to 60 minutes, wherein after the end of the reaction, a mixture of esters with a glycerol part is discharged into a separator, to obtain a glycerine part, which is sent for further processing or recycling, and an ether part, which is sent to a second reactor to obtain a mixture of esters with a glycerine part, which is sent to a second separator, to obtain a glycerine part, which is sent for further processing or recycling, and crude biodiesel fuel, which is sent to a first scrubber, where 50% sulphuric acid is supplied to obtain neutralization products, which are sent for processing or recycling, and semi-purified biodiesel fuel, which is sent to a second scrubber, into which pure water is supplied, to obtain liquid wastes sent for processing or recycling, and biodiesel fuel, which is sent to a first evaporator to obtain water, which is sent to a distillation column, and biodiesel with purity of not less than 99.4%, which is sent to a second evaporator to obtain water, which is sent to a distillation column, and biodiesel fuel, which is cooled and then filtered to obtain a solid phase, which is sent for recycling, and a liquid phase – commercial biodiesel fuel with purity of not less than 99.95%.

EFFECT: use of the proposed method enables to obtain biodiesel fuel of high quality and high degree of purity.
