FIELD: control; technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control of the process of producing biodiesel fuel. Method of controlling the technology of producing biodiesel fuel, involving re-esterification of vegetable oil with supercritical alcohol includes condensation of carbon dioxide vapour in an evaporator of a refrigerating machine operating in heat pump mode; heating and reducing the viscosity of the obtained pure biodiesel fuel; measurement of volumetric consumption of rapeseed oil and alcohol; steam into the reactor coil; unreacted alcohol vapours; cold water into a refrigerator for condensation of unreacted alcohol vapours; carbon dioxide in front of the evaporator of the refrigerating machine; temperature of carbon dioxide before and after evaporator of refrigerating machine and boiling point of refrigerant in evaporator of refrigerating machine; stabilization of the ratio of volumetric consumption of vegetable oil and supercritical; stabilization of carbon dioxide condensation temperature in the refrigerating machine evaporator; affecting the flow rate of cold water supplied for condensation of spent working steam after the coil of the re-esterification reactor and after the recuperative heat exchanger for heating the carbon dioxide to supercritical temperature; as well as monitoring the level of liquefied carbon dioxide in the tank.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of controlling the technology of producing biodiesel fuel from vegetable oil in supercritical conditions, which increases efficiency with rational use of energy costs.
