FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to devices for cleaning process fluid from drilled rock during underground repair and workover of wells. Device consists of four sections arranged in series. First section at the inlet to the frac tank is equipped with a coarse filter, and the lower part of the side wall is equipped with a removable hatch. Lower parts of the second and third sections are made with recesses providing accelerated removal of sediments to the bottom. Drain branch pipes are rigidly installed at the bottom of the conical parts of the sections and are combined into a pipeline line, at one end of which a gate valve is installed, and at the other one there is a pump providing connection of the pipeline line to the first section. Third clarification section is a unit of staggered profiles inclined relative to the horizontal line at an angle α, wherein profile in cross section has shape of equilateral hexagon. Unit is arranged with possibility of removal. In the fourth section – accumulation tank, there is an outlet pipeline connected from above to the suction line of the pump unit supplying the cleaned liquid to the well. Lower end of the pipeline is located at height of 0.5 m from the bottom of the fourth section. Outlet pipeline is equipped with a flow filter, in which a replaceable winding-type module is installed, which is made of a polypropylene cord, which provides filtration of water from mechanical impurities that have passed into the accumulation tank through the clarification section.
EFFECT: improved quality of filtration of process fluid spent in the well and efficiency of its purification, prevented negative environmental consequences as a result of repair works in the well, improved working conditions of maintenance personnel of repair crews.
