FIELD: mining; oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to devices for treatment of process fluid from drilled rock during well repair. Device consists of interconnected sections equipped with cutouts with possibility of vertical lifting of liquid and natural precipitation of sludge. Each section is equipped with drain branch pipes movably installed in walls of sections. To remove solid sludge, drain hatches with threaded plugs are provided at the bottom of each section. Device is equipped with an additional cleaning section containing a cylindrical housing with a branch pipe with perforated holes arranged concentrically inside it. Branch pipe on one side is plugged with a plug, and on the opposite side it is open and tightly fixed in the hole of the cover screwed on the cylindrical housing. Branch pipe with perforated holes is equipped with a filtering screen fixed by clamps on the branch pipe. Cylindrical housing at the inlet to the additional section is equipped with a tube. On one side the tube is equipped with a quick-release connection, and on the other side the tube is rigidly connected to the end of the cylindrical housing. At the outlet the housing is equipped with a bushing, at the same time the bushing on one side is equipped with a coupling nut, and on the other side the bushing is connected by means of a threaded connection to the open end of the branch pipe. From below the filter housing is equipped with a drain branch pipe with a valve; the bushing is interconnected with the cylindrical housing by an L-shaped drain branch. Additional cleaning section is hydraulically connected to the tank.

EFFECT: quality of filtration of waste fluid in a well and the efficiency of its cleaning are improved, negative environmental consequences as a result of repair work are prevented, and working conditions for repair crew personnel are improved.
