FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry, in particular to technological equipment for cutting woven and nonwoven materials by punching to obtain a clean, smooth edge of the cut. Disclosed is a table for cutting woven and nonwoven materials, consisting of a table with a transverse guide and a clamping bar installed on it. A pneumatic knife assembly is installed on the guide with possibility of linear movement along the guide, which consists of rotating relative to each other axes of a disk knife, a ring rigidly connected to a gear wheel, a toothed pulley rigidly connected to a gear wheel, and two rollers. A toothed belt in contact with the toothed pulley and rollers is fixed parallel to the guide, with the possibility of transferring rotation to the toothed pulley when the pneumatic knife assembly moves along the guide. Gear is engaged with gear wheel, and disk knife is pressed to ring by means of pneumatic cylinder. Gear ratio of gear and gear wheel provides peripheral speed at the point of contact of the ring with the disk knife in the range ±15% of linear speed of pneumatic knife assembly.

EFFECT: obtaining a clean, smooth edge of the cut.
