FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rigid combustible caps (RCC) by filtration casting in inert design. Material of the inert simulator of RCC, which contains cellulose with a degree of fineness of 42–48 °C, additionally contains a combined binder, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: polyvinyl butyral (PVB) 65–67, dibutyl sebacate (DBS) 20–22, industrial oil 9–11, zinc stearate 2–4. Ratio of cellulose to binder is (70–80): (30–20).
EFFECT: this composition made it possible to solve the task of replacing the scarce binder—high-molecular weight PVA with a more effective component of Russian production—PVB.
