In order to prevent adhesion to the wound suture, the balloon is isolated by means of a tissue dressing or plaster and fixed.
EFFECT: method provides hold-down pressure to the postoperative bed uniformly, improvement of lymph outflow, allowing to reduce length of lymphorrhea after axillary lymphadenectomy, promotes earlier removal of drainage, allows to prevent risk of wound complications due to elastic properties of a balloon, influence on all postoperative field.
