FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of air launching of missiles (space, intercontinental, ballistic, geophysical) using carrier aircraft (CA). Air launching complex includes a CA, in the cargo compartment of which the missile is placed on a support structure with guides. Exhaust unit with a constant-thrust solid-propellant rocket engine equipped with wings and empennage is connected to the rocket by cables. Exhaust unit provides stable and safe position of pulling element relative to CA and missile during its removal from cargo compartment of CA.
EFFECT: reduced probability of collision of missile with body of CA during removal of missile from CA, as well as reduction of missile launching time, reduction of disturbing effects on CA and as a result—improvement of overall reliability of the system.
