FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular to development of deposits by open method and restoration of territories disturbed by open mining operations. Method of reclamation of rock round dump includes preparation of lower base of dump body on terrain, laying waste into dump, formation of external slopes of tiers of rock round dump with reclamation along the perimeter by sub-tiers of 5-7 m and with slope angles in range of 18-22° with slope of sites towards dump body, covering them with a fertile soil layer (FSL) with subsequent sowing of grasses and planting of seedlings. Preparation of the lower base of the dump body on the terrain is performed by removing the FSL with a bulldozer for optimal entry along the dump boundary and its laying into the permanent storage warehouse along the perimeter next to the designed round dump, retreating the strip under storage of potentially fertile rocks (PFR). Then the PFR is removed by a dragline excavator for optimal entry along the dump boundary and its laying into the permanent storage along the perimeter next to the designed round dump in the left strip. Then with a dragline excavator installed near the warehouse along the perimeter, a layer of PFR is applied on a higher external slope with subsequent transfer of the PFR into a pile on a higher platform of the sub-tier. Same excavator forms a layer of PFR on it and similarly vertical movement of PFR is continued from bottom to top, applying a layer of PFR. Further, the soil layer is similarly applied on the higher external slope with subsequent transfer of the FSL into the pile on the higher platform of the sub-tier. Same excavator forms a soil layer on it and similarly continues vertical movement of the FSL from bottom to top, applying the soil layer.

EFFECT: improving ecological efficiency of recultivated rock dump covered with potentially fertile rocks and fertile soil layer.
