Around the top of the inverted rectangular pyramid abandoned rectangular platform for artificial pond. Closed rectangular strips are made with the location of the short side of the base of the rectangular pyramid parallel to the vector axis with the maximum value of the wind rose of the wind regime at a given location according to long-term observations in time intervals with negative temperatures. Ditches for biological reclamation in the form of planting seedlings are made along horizontal closed lines of the side surface of an inverted rectangular pyramid. Dumps of the ditch are laid with a plow towards the top of an inverted rectangular pyramid.
