FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to mining, in particular to restoration of areas disturbed by open mining operations. Method of formation of slope of rock dump includes execution of pioneer dump embankment and development of front of dump operations to design boundaries of dump. Pioneer dump embankment, made within the boundaries of the design dump, is formed as forked along the border of the dump on the left and on the right towards each other to the full design height of the tier with simultaneous formation of reclamation along the perimeter of the external slope of the rock dump under tiers of 5-7 m with slope angles in range of 18-22° with slope of sites towards body of dump, covered with fertile soil layer. When connecting opposite boundary dump fronts of the tier, dumping operations are carried out with development of the dumping front to the centre of the designed dump body. Process is repeated when forming the next tiers of the dump upwards. Biological reclamation in the form of planting of tree seedlings is started from the entrance embankment of the dump on one side along the slope along the perimeter to the entrance embankment with an arc of the side from the lower substage upwards. Device is used, which consists of a unit movable on the upper platform in the form of a caterpillar tractor T-170 with mounted crane equipment and a movable unit on the lower platform in the form of a movable trolley, moved in a single bundle, connected by a rectangular frame mounted on supports of the upper and lower units in a horizontal position. Device is moved and fixed on the lines specified by the project for planting of seedlings. Planting is carried out from the platform of the working movable on the frame, controlled by the operator, along the line and at the points specified by the project.

EFFECT: increase ecological efficiency of dumped rock dump due to biological reclamation.
