FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to the Lactobacillus plantarum “ВКШМ-Г-06ПД” strain, having antagonist activity with respect to zooanthroponous strains of the antibiotic-resistant clone Escherichia coli ST 131, as well as to causative agents of intestinal infectious diseases: enteropathogenic Escherichia coli, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Salmonella Enteritidis, Campylobacter jejuni and nosocomial infectious diseases: Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans.
EFFECT: strain Lactobacillus plantarum “ВКШМ-Г-06ПД” can be used in production of probiotics and probiotic fodder additives for prevention of extraintestinal diseases caused by zooanthroponous strains of antibiotic-resistant clone Escherichia coli ST 131, as well as for prevention of intestinal and nosocomial infectious diseases.
