SUBSTANCE: strain of bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus 7ds, which has antagonistic activity against pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, including those with yeast fungi of the genus Candida, was deposited in the All-Russian Collection of Industrial Microorganisms under the registration number VKPM V-12598. The strain can be used in the production of probiotic bacterial preparations, dietary supplements, fermented and unfermented foods.
