SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a metabiotic composition for treating and/or preventing diseases associated with a disturbed composition of the microbiota of the gastrointestinal tract and/or intoxication of the body, including 0.1–7.0 wt.% of a complex of metabolites obtained from a culture fluid of at least one probiotic strain of Bacillus subtilis bacteria and/or bacteria of the Lactobacillaceae family and 93.0–99.9 wt.% aluminosilicate sorbent; and a method for production thereof, comprising growing at least one probiotic strain of bacteria Bacillus subtilis and/or bacteria of the Lactobacillaceae family in a liquid nutrient medium, centrifuging the culture suspension to obtain a culture liquid and a precipitate, ultrafiltration of the culture liquid. Obtained concentrate is dried and mixed with an aluminosilicate sorbent or dried on an aluminosilicate sorbent.
