FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of protective wear-resistant coatings on aluminum and its alloys by low-temperature anodic surface oxidation. Inner cavity of the hollow part is isolated from the effect of the electrolyte. Part is placed in bath with electrolyte. Part anodizing is performed in cooled electrolyte by supplying voltage from an external source. Cooling of electrolyte is performed by means of heat exchangers with coolant, which are located outside or inside the bath. In process of anodizing coolant is additionally supplied into cavity of anodized part.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of electrolyte cooling in near-surface area of anodizing due to reduction of temperature of part from aluminum alloy, which enables to obtain high-quality solid coatings of large thickness, for example, up to 100 mcm, on the outer surface of the hollow part, which increase its wear resistance.
