FIELD: ground construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of support structures for overhead wire and cable lines, namely for installation of cable racks on terrain with relief. Support for cable structures comprises upper and lower parts, lower part is made with possibility of fixed fixation on base by means of fastening means. Upper part is made with possibility of arrangement of means of holding at least one element of cable structure and with possibility of movement relative to lower part of support in height, has cross-section perimeter larger than that of support lower part, is made at least partially hollow and partially covering lower part. Also disclosed is a cable rack design, containing at least two supports for cable structures.
EFFECT: providing the possibility to compensate for elevation differences caused by the relief of the area on which the cable rack is mounted, while increasing the range of adjustment of the upper part of the support in height.
