FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: railway trestle support structure includes reinforced-concrete support plate on which hollow reinforced-concrete support units are mounted in several tiers. Each separate tier consists of longitudinal or transverse blocks; tiers alternate. Support blocks include support walls arranged along the tier perimeter and transverse power bridges in support blocks. Support blocks are mounted on support plate by rods with threaded joints arranged in said support walls with preservation of parallelism of threaded connection axes to side surface of support walls, in which rods are mounted. Bars with threaded joints are fixed by nuts in fasteners arranged in support walls. Next located above tier of support blocks is mounted on the underlying support blocks also with rods with threaded joints, which pass through support walls of the arranged tier and are fixed with nuts in fastening assemblies in support walls of the arranged tier. On top of each tier there are additional support slabs made, like the main slab, with a ledge along the outer perimeter. Ledge is buried into the bottom of the bearing walls above the placed tier, and the uppermost tier of the bearing blocks is covered with covering reinforced concrete support slabs. Rods with threaded joints and fasteners arranged in body of support walls are fastened with reinforcement of reinforced concrete support block. Method for making a trestle support is also disclosed. Elements of support are manufactured in factory conditions, connected into single structure fastening devices and accessories.
EFFECT: increased reliability, durability and speed of support mounting/dismantling.
