SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry, pharmaceutics, medicine, namely to application of enisamium iodide for reduction of inflammatory reactions. Disclosed is the use of a composition comprising an active substance enisamium iodide in an effective amount, for blocking oxidative activity of macrophages, by acting on enzymes stimulating superoxide dismutase and inhibiting NO-synthase.
EFFECT: invention provides inhibition of inflammatory reactions.
