SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and represents a topical agent for treating joint and soft-tissue disorders, containing a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent, which is presented by meloxicam, and a pharmaceutically acceptable base containing a mixture of water, trometamol, N-methylpyrrolidone and ethanol, wherein meloxicam is taken in the form of a true solution with the base components.
EFFECT: invention provides a higher degree of transdermal penetration of the active ingredient, improved anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity, a lower risk of side effects as keratolytic, irritant action and skin dehydration, and an increase in stability of the agent.
