FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for cold deformation of workpieces. Welded frame comprises base and vertical crossbar with central hole. Three sliders with manual screw drives of their radial movement, equipped with position indicators and faceplates are installed on the traverse and fixed by bolts. Three identical worm gear motors are mounted on faceplates, on the output shaft of each of which there is a knurling roller. Motor-reducers have the possibility of rotation of each of them relative to the axis of its output shaft with subsequent fixation in the specified position by bolts to the faceplate. On the frame there is an electric control unit of the machine. Three pairs of stiffeners are welded to the crossbar on the side of billet feed and perpendicular to the crossbar plane symmetrically and radially relative to the hole axis. Fixed stay bush is welded to their inner ends. Inner diameter of the stay bush exceeds the maximum diameter of the tubular billet.
EFFECT: as a result, possibility of cold deformation of metal pipes of round cross-section is provided.
