Optoelectronic unit contains a camera unit and a laser range finder, placed on a gyrostabilized platform, a horizontal drive control board, vertical drive control board, vertical gyro sensor, horizontal gyro sensor. Control stand contains a control panel, an artillery installation control panel, a video monitoring device, a documenting device, a ballistic computer, image digital processing board, interface device and geolocation module.

EFFECT: reduced probability of ship detection and high accuracy of determining location of a target.
