Device for recognizing conditionally rigid business documents with automatic binding of their fields comprises a module for receiving user requests, a module for selecting addresses of documents identification data records in the server database, a module for receiving addresses of documents identification data records in the server database, a module for verifying data of requisites of recognized documents, a module for verifying the content of recognized documents, module for receiving identification data of recognized documents and transactions from a server database and a module for issuing transactions to users, a built-in storage device with a non-volatile memory containing a database of reference documents, and a microprocessor, made with possibility of recognition of graphic primitives and their mutual arrangement on digital image of document, as well as comparison of reference and recognized documents.

EFFECT: high quality of recognizing conditionally rigid business documents with automatic binding of their fields.
