FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to buoyancy belts. Buoyancy belt comprises one or several buoyancy chambers, filling system, chest straps, at least one straps of adjustable length provided with split lock, and inflatable elastic buoyancy chamber. Elastic buoyancy chamber is folded to be placed in pocket on belt front section. System to fill said chamber with gas represents a compressed air cylinder. Device to operate filling system is provided with rip cord. Buoyancy chamber escapes from said pocket on filling with gas to unfold and form "П"-like buoyancy chamber. Buoyancy chamber is made up of head, neck and chest sections made integral with their end fastened on belt.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety.
