SUBSTANCE: invention refers to life-saving equipment on water and can be used to provide help to a drowning man. The safety device for use in water comprises a housing mounted on a concrete base and closed by a glass door. An engine connected to a power supply or battery is located inside the housing above the projection. The engine rotates the shaft where the coil with a wound rope is installed. The rope can float on water and withstand the weight of at least 100 kg. The end of the rope wound on the spool is attached to the dorsal area of the lifejacket. The jacket is equipped with a whistle and a light signal.
EFFECT: invention allows rapid and effective implementation of actions aimed at rescue.
