FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of cleaning and cooling optical components of laser installations from dust. System includes a device for forming the direction of the flow of ionized air on the surface of the mirror, an air and dust intake, a power source, an air filter, air ionizer, air cooling unit, pump with controlled air flow rate, mirror heating temperature sensor, microcontroller, first and second controlled three-way pneumatic valves. Device for formation of direction of ionized air flow on surface of mirror is made in the form of slit device, slits of which are oriented along surface of mirror.
EFFECT: longer life of laser mirrors.
