FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of applying biocomponents on the surface of granulated fertilizer diammonium phosphate involves contact of granules of mineral fertilizer with an adhesive – sunflower oil, taken in amount of 0.01-5% of the volume of granules, until the entire surface of the granules is covered with a layer adhesive. Granules are brought into contact with the applied adhesive with excess powder containing spores of the following bacteria: endophytic bacteria Bacillus pumilus strain BIS88, rhizosphere bacteria Bacillus subtilis strain”Ч-13” or endophytic bacteria Bacillus subtilis strain 8A in the form of individual strains or mixtures thereof with each other, until the powder ceases to stick to the adhesive. Excess powder containing bacterial spores is separated, and finished granules are collected and packed in sealed containers.

EFFECT: increasing biomass of certain strains of bacteria in soil medium for biochemical processing of components of mineral fertilizers into forms digestible by cultivated agricultural plants, as well as blocking growth of pathogenic bacteria in soil and in body of cultivated plants.
