SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method using one interleaver or one LDPC tone converter of a bit sequence of a bit stream of a user, to which a plurality of resource units (RU) are allocated. Method includes: allocating an encoded bitstream of a first user, which includes M RU, where M RU is a RU allocated to a first user, and M is a positive integer greater than 1; reordering all bits in the coded bit stream using a first interleaver or a first tone converter and determining a range for the number of subcarriers.

EFFECT: providing optimal selection of the number of interleaver data subcarriers in data processing means, which leads to reduction of hardware resources for data processing.
