SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a charger for a lithium accumulator battery, and can be used to control the degree of charge and discharge of lithium-ion batteries using wireless communication. Improving the reliability of the battery by monitoring each battery in the battery, including the degree of its discharge and charge from a smartphone or any other device, for example, a tablet or a laptop, on which the corresponding software is installed and a similar wireless communication module is connected, is the technical result, which is achieved due to the fact that each battery control unit contains a wireless communication module and is connected to a microcontroller, which provides communication with a light-emitting diode and a photodetector, as well as a current sensor, wherein the wireless communication module is connected to the corresponding contacts of the microcontroller.

EFFECT: proposed device makes it possible to provide the possibility of battery charging so that in relation to its each cell the charging procedure recommended for lithium accumulators is realized.
