FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for automatic stowage of goods. Robotic palletiser comprises a pallet magazine, a plurality of roller tables, an industrial robot on a stand, a guard with a safety system, an automatic pallet feed mechanism and a stack formation and retention mechanism. Robot is equipped with a fork grip. Installation is divided into two working zones, each of which contains sequentially arranged laying zone and unloading zone to the right and to the left of the industrial robot. All elements of the plant are fixed on a common load-bearing frame of welded shaped tubes. Stack forming and holding mechanism is equipped with scissor lifter and flaps. Scissor lift moves the pallet inside the well. Flaps open when it is necessary to install a new pallet in the loading point.
EFFECT: enabling fast commissioning, possibility of easy readjustment for different standard sizes of bags, higher efficiency and productiveness of stacking, exclusion of risks of cargo displacement/falling from the stack.
