FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and oncology. Liver cholangiocarcinoma is removed. External drainage is installed in common bile duct. It is followed by deworming by introducing into an external drainage of the common bile duct a sterile ozonised physiological solution with ozone concentration of 3 g/m3 in amount of 20 ml, prepared before use, daily for 5 days.
EFFECT: method enables providing higher clinical effectiveness in hepatic cholangiocarcinoma with underlying chronic opisthorchiasis, reducing the length of preoperative preparation, conducting oncological prophylaxis after radical surgical treatment, reducing the number of complications and recurrences in hepatic tumours.
