SUBSTANCE: method of percutaneous transhepatic pluck intraductal biopsy can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant and benign bile duct formations. An optical coherence tomograph sensor is inserted and bile duct strictures and tumor invasion are detected using it in an automatic mode, followed by taking histological material from them with forceps. Additionally, bile duct strictures and tumor invasion are detected manually using an optical coherence tomograph sensor. The sensor is installed in the place of the stricture. EFFECT: method makes it possible to detect violations of the structure of the internal walls of the bile ducts, ensuring the correct choice of the biopsy site, increases the accuracy of diagnosing neoplasms of the bile ducts by determining the boundaries of a rigid stricture, followed by taking histological material from a deeper submucosal layer of the bile duct.
