FIELD: separation of liquid media.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of liquid media by evaporation and can be used, for example, in power engineering, oil and gas, nuclear, chemical, food, pharmacological for concentration of liquid solutions, vacuum evaporation. Film evaporation drum comprises a cylindrical housing with bottoms, a branch pipe for supplying heating steam to the housing and removing secondary steam from the housing, a branch pipe for removing condensate from the lower part of the housing, evaporation drum partially filled with evaporated solution and installed on rotation supports, drum rotation drive, pipeline for supply of evaporated solution into drum cavity, pipeline for concentrate discharge from drum lower point, device for mechanical cleaning of drum evaporation surface from salt deposits located under liquid level in drum. Drum rotation supports are made in the form of a row of roller supports evenly placed in the housing along the whole length of the drum.
EFFECT: optimization of load distribution along the length of the apparatus and reduction of thickness of the heat-transfer wall to increase efficiency of heat transfer.
