FIELD: furnaces.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to furnaces of drying and heating furnaces operating on gaseous fuel. Double-flow non-lined furnace comprises a housing and a combustion chamber coaxially installed in it with the formation of a gap between them, a funnel and a confuser at the ends of the housing, burner assembly, made in the form of a diaphragm installed at the inlet to the combustion chamber with holes for placement of gas burners behind them, along the perimeter of the diaphragm there are rotary dampers and an explosive valve installed on the upper face of the housing. Furnace is equipped with an additional heat carrier take-off pipe installed on the upper face of the housing and enclosed in an air-cooled jacket. Additional branch pipe is equipped with nozzle elements, and in the gap between the housing and the combustion chamber in the zone of installation of the explosion valve branch pipes and the additional heat carrier take-off branch pipe there is a protective screen which has an outlet under the upper face of the confuser.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide the second full flow of heat carrier.
