FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: inventions are intended for water heating, and can be used in heating systems. Hot water boiler consists of a frame made in the form of an internal water jacket the inner wall of which is connected with hollow water division walls forming a zigzag-shaped gas duct, at that each division wall is connected to the boiler water jacket on three sides. Boiler frame is equipped with external water jacket with outer wall made in the form of a cylinder flattened along the chord on the outside, and with inner wall made in the form of a parallelepiped which also serves as outer wall of internal water jacket. Between the walls of the boiler external water jacket there fixed are metal division walls. In external water jacket, the distance between inner wall and division wall equals to thickness of internal water jacket, and distance between upper wall of internal water jacket and common boiler cover is more than it at least twice. Hollow water division walls are provided with lower horizontal wall and upper wall located at an angle not less than 3° to horizontal plane, and have the length which is more, not less than 3.5 times, than the distance between hollow water division wall and inner wall of internal boiler water jacket. Zigzag-shaped gas duct of the boiler is connected to the flue through a confuser. Hot water boiler manufacturing method consists in preparing parts, modules, and then assembling the boiler. Flat parts are made from steel plates of design thickness for manufacturing the whole boiler; on flat parts there cut are mounting seats and holes, after that hollow water division walls are assembled, which are the base for the whole boiler assembly. After that, to water division walls there attached and rigidly fixed are all the rest parts till the whole boiler construction is obtained. Flat parts are connected by means of welding in a horizontal position.

EFFECT: improving capacity, fuel saving, improving maintainability and ease of maintenance, increasing overhaul life and total service life of hot water boiler, as well as simplifying manufacturing process, improving processability, and reducing materials consumption.
