FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of determining parameters of irradiation of a surface from a radiation source. Method includes preliminary arrangement of spectral device and radiometric head on such surface, subsequent irradiation of the surface with radiation with wavelength of not less than 200 nm, and determination of parameters of spectral density of energy illumination of the surface. Input holes of the spectral device and the radiometric head are located coaxially, with a minimum possible distance between them. Radiometric head is made so that radiation from the surface falls directly on the sensitive receiving area of the radiometric head.
EFFECT: significant increase in the energy illumination measurement accuracy and dynamic range.
