FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metrology of radiation sources and relates to a device for measuring energy exposure of a radiation source and radiometric radiation characteristics. Device includes a tested radiation source arranged along the axis passing through the photometric centre of the tested radiation source, with possibility of changing distance relative to each other, and a measuring unit connected to the analysis and output unit of the measurement results. Measuring unit is made in the form of a combination of spectrometer input and radiometric sensors arranged in input windows, sensitive elements of sensors are localized in direction of photometric centre of tested radiation source from condition of monotonous filling of entire area of input window with radiation of test sample. Unit of tested source is made with possibility of its rotation through 360° in at least two planes relative to photometric axis.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification and unification of measurement process with preservation of specified level of objectivity of measurement results.
