FIELD: sampling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sampling devices. Disclosed is an automatic sampler, comprising a housing fixed with flanges in a pipeline, with a cross-through hole, in which there is a check hydraulic valve, which passes through itself only single point doses of the sampled product, with two actuators of the drive vertically-parallel fixed on the housing, located coaxially with the hole in the housing; sampling probe, coaxially placed above the hole in the housing, formed from a hollow sleeve connected by a hinge-lever mechanism with the rod of another actuator for cutting off the dose of the transported liquid product and filling its cavity with this dose and a movable plunger inside the sleeve for displacement of the dose from its cavity into the sample receiver; control unit; hinge-lever mechanism is equipped with a fork connecting the sleeve to the rod of the actuator moving it and holding in its slots their heads with bearing assemblies freely rolling along their vertically oriented surfaces, and is also made with possibility of vertical-swinging plane-parallel movement between rods of both actuators with the help of pairs of levers pivotally attached to the fork and to the housing, which constantly hold the fork along its axis of symmetry in a horizontally suspended state between the rods of both actuators.
EFFECT: invention provides reliability in operation, wear resistance of sleeve and rod surfaces in their friction assemblies and reduction of load on them, as well as wear resistance of surfaces of plunger of sampling probe moving inside the sleeve, and rod of actuator moving it.
