FIELD: sampling devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sampling gas-liquid medium from pipelines in the oil industry. The sampler contains a housing and a sampling tube. The casing is made of in series and rigidly connected inlet chamber, intermediate chamber, sampling chamber, reduced pressure chamber and outlet chamber in such a way that the inlet and outlet chambers have the same diameter as the pipeline. The intermediate chamber is made with a diameter larger than the diameter of the inlet chamber, the diameter of the sampling chamber is made larger than the diameter of the intermediate chamber to reduce the flow rate, intensify separation and increase the concentration of the gas phase in the upper part of the sampling chamber. The reduced pressure chamber is made with a diameter less than the diameter of the inlet chamber to increase the flow rate and create a reduced pressure zone. The reduced pressure chamber is additionally connected to the sampling chamber through a gas outlet pipe rigidly connected to the upper part of the sampling chamber and the upper part of the reduced pressure chamber. Additionally, in case of high gas content, the gas outlet is provided with a gas release valve. The lower part of the sampling chamber is provided with a hole, inside which a sealing cuff is rigidly fixed, into which a sampling tube is inserted tightly and tightly, but with the possibility of moving up and down. The upper end of the sampling tube is equipped with a blind sealed plug with the possibility of a tight fit to the sealing cuff when the sampling tube is in the lower position for a tight seal. The lower part of the sampling tube is located below the sealing cuff and is equipped with a fixing cuff rigidly fixed on the body of the sampling tube with the possibility of a tight fit and fixation to the sealing cuff when the sampling tube is in the upper position for sampling. The sample is taken through the receiving holes located along the body of the sampling tube between the blind sealed plug and the sealing cuff.
EFFECT: improving the quality of control of the sample taken, ensuring reliable operation of the device in the conditions of transportation of a gas-liquid medium with a high content of the gas phase.
