SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical urology. Buccal flap is fixed with a nitile urethral stent, internal optical urethrotomy of bladder neck stenosis or cystourethroanastomosis obliteration is performed under double visual control: from urethra and bladder through cystostomy fistula. Buccal flap is collected, which is fixed with a submucous membrane outward, by wrapping the flap around a nitinol urethral stent and fixing the buccal flap around the stent with an absorbable suture. Delivery system with a stent and a buccal flap is introduced into the bladder neck and opened; a nitinol stent is placed in the bladder neck so that the vesical end of the stent protrudes into the bladder lumen by 2–3 mm. Cystourethroscope with the delivery system and the nephroscope are removed and the cystostoma is restored. Duration of stenting is 3 months. Stent is then removed through the urethra using a cystoscope. After urination is restored, the cystostomy fistula is closed.

EFFECT: method allows restoring urination in patients after radical prostatectomy with bladder neck stenosis or obliteration of cystourethroanastomosis with preserving urine continence function.
