FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to a method for assembly of vertical steel collapsible tanks for seasonal or year-round storage of process fluids, as well as drinking water. In the method of assembling a tank for storage of industrial liquids, the base is prepared, the tank is marked on the base, marking the centre and edges of the bottom of the tank, the protective coating and the membrane are unfolded on the base, their centres are located near the marked centre of the bottom of the tank. Water intake assembly is assembled and placed in the centre of the membrane and the membrane with a polyester coating is folded on the base within the marked edges of the bottom of the tank. Then, the upper ring of the tank is assembled by connecting the sheets with at least four bolts per each vertical joint through the pre-prepared mounting holes, upper stiffness belt is installed, which is a steel angle, without tightening bolted joints, support platforms of roof beams are installed on the tank, on which mating mounting elements are installed. Roof beams are mounted on the tank, including spacer bars, skylight support, and bolted joints are tightened. Skylight is installed on the beams, a cable tray is mounted on the outer surface of the upper ring, in which cables from the electrical units of the tank are fixed, the membrane is fixed on the walls of the upper ring of the tank by means of eyelets and bolted joints. Roof sandwich panels are laid out, except for one, sandwich panels are fixed with self-tapping beams, framing angle is installed along the perimeter of the tank roof. Elements and assemblies located on the roof are installed, assemblies located in the upper ring of the tank are installed in the prepared landing sites, the extreme sandwich panel is installed, fixed and cut off, the remaining part of the framing angle is mounted, lifting hydraulic jacks are installed at the rate of one jack per two sheets opposite to vertical seams of the tank and each support heel of the jack is fixed to the base with anchor bolts. Jacks are fixed to the outer side of the sheets of the upper ring of the tank by at least two bolts to the vertical perforated seam and the mounted tank is lifted by means of hydraulic jacks to a height equal to the height of the row ring with tolerance of 50 mm, assembling the tank row ring, connecting the sheets to each other and the upper ring with bolts, installation of an internal circuit of insulation of an ordinary ring is carried out, then the sequence of assembly of ordinary rings of the tank is repeated, the lower ring of the reservoir is assembled, connecting the sheets to each other and the upper ring with bolts, installation of heat insulation of walls and bottom of tank, installation of lower units of tank, installation of lower rigidity belt of tank and its anchoring to base.
EFFECT: simplification of the assembly process due to the assembly technology, in which the weight of the heavier element of the assembly does not exceed 120 kg, which makes it possible to carry out the delivery of the tank elements from the storage site to the installation area and the installation of the tank manually by a complex crew, wherein prepared sheets for assembly of external contour of reservoir with mounting holes allow maintaining geometrical accuracy of item during mounting without additional adjustments and measurements; besides, assembly of tank at its installation site allows excluding welding works.
