FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system of cement mortar for cementing which is resistant to ultrahigh temperatures and a method for production thereof and use thereof. Method of producing cement grouting system involves homogeneous mixing by weight of 100 parts of cement, 15–50 parts of strength stabilizer for ultrahigh temperatures, 15–50 parts of reinforcing material for ultrahigh temperatures, 0–140 parts of a density regulator, 1–6 parts of a suspension stabilizer for ultrahigh temperatures and 1–2 parts of a dispersant to obtain a dry mixture (first step). Further, homogeneous mixing is carried out by weight of 2–9 parts of the water-loss reducing additive, 0.1–9 parts of the setting retarder, 0.1–0.5 parts of antifoaming agent and 40–120 parts of water to obtain a wet mixture (second stage). During mixing, the dry mixture obtained at the first step is uniformly added to the wet mixture obtained at the second step, and subsequent mixing for 35–50 s to obtain a cement mortar system. Said system of cement mortar is used for cementing in deep wells, and/or in superdeep wells, and/or in especially superdeep wells at high and/or superhigh temperatures.
EFFECT: high heat resistance and settling stability of the cement mortar system, high strength of the cement stone at high temperature, and improved quality of cementing.
