A lyophilisate of dalargin in amount of 1.0 mg in 1 ml of 4.0% polyacrylamide solution with molecular weight of more than 2,000,000 Da for injections is introduced into a synovial bag of the knee joint, three times intra-articular introduction is performed every 7 days.
EFFECT: method provides a pronounced and prolonged analgesic effect due to combined introduction of a lyophilisate of dalargin and a polyacrylamide solution.
