FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating knee osteoarthritis. Patient is injected intra-articularly with a solution prepared by dissolving a lyophilisate of dalargin in amount of 1.0 mg in 1 ml of 2.4% hyaluronic acid solution for injections with a molecular weight of more than 1,000,000 Da, three times every 7 days.
EFFECT: invention provides an effective method of treating osteoarthritis.
