FIELD: air conditioning.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a device for air conditioning and cooling of process media of equipment during underground mining. Essence of the proposed method and device consists in the fact that air supplied by the compressor through the pipeline from the surface of the shaft to the vortex tube apparatus is used in the air-supply working, by means of which the flow is divided into a cooled part for supply into the ventilation jet of the air-supply working and the hot part of the air flow, which also enters the ventilation jet of the air-supply working, after cooling in a heat exchanger using flowing water of an intra-shaft fire station. Most cooled air in devices of vortex tubes can be used for direct cooling of housings of electric drive of scraper conveyor at the beginning of long face and electric equipment located in air supply gate.

EFFECT: improving efficiency of air conditioning and cooling of process media of equipment during mining by underground method.
