FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for economical ventilation of sloping blocks where underground mining is performed by a mine method with thermal methods of impact on the formation. Ventilation system includes a main fan unit, which is arranged to supply air to the oil tower, a microcontroller unit connected to temperature sensors and air flow sensors located in the downcast and upcast air runs of the slope block, a ventilation well with a vent pipe located on it, installed in the upcast air run section. Air conditioning system, whose evaporator is installed in the downcast air run, and the condenser is installed in the downcast air run near the walls of the heated oil reservoir and/or at the mouth of the ventilation well and/or directly in the vent hole. In the excavations of the sloping block a heat-insulating partition is installed, separating the heated walls and the roof of the downcast, upcast air runs and the drilling gallery from the cooled air flow from the evaporator of the air conditioning system, forming a section adjacent to the ventilation well. On the formed section between the heated walls of the oil reservoir and the heat-insulating partition there is a controllable partition, made with the possibility of regulating the volume flow of air by changing its position. Microcontroller unit is configured to control the air conditioning system depending on the parameters of the air entering the slope unit, and a controlled partition, depending on the volume flow of the exhaust air, and also with the possibility of regulating the air flow entering the slope unit, depending on the readings of these sensors due to a change in the performance of the main fan unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the electric power consumption for airing and natural resources for heating up the oil reservoir while ensuring the sanitary and hygienic working conditions in the drilling gallery and outgoing mine workings.
